第64條 員工上下班途中要按交通規(guī)則規(guī)則行使，禁止違規(guī)行使;

第65條 員工在上班時刻內(nèi)，必定要按公司規(guī)則操作流程操作，不然出現(xiàn)意外公司不承當職責;

The sixty-fifth employees must operate according to the rules of the company during the working hours, otherwise the accident company will not take the responsibility.

第66條 員工在上班時刻內(nèi)，禁止串崗，因串崗而引起的安全事故公司不承當職責

Sixty-sixth employees are not allowed to work at any time during the working hours, and the company is not responsible for the safety accidents caused by gang posts.

第67條 工傷時刻界定：在公司規(guī)則上班時刻范圍內(nèi)(9小時或10小時，還有公司暫時組織加班上班時刻內(nèi))，不包括上下班途中時刻與私行串崗及無故離崗時刻;

The sixty-seventh industrial injury time is defined as: within the time range of the company's regular work (9 or 10 hours, and the company temporarily organizing the overtime hours temporarily), not including the time of work on the way and the private row and the free time of leaving the post.

第68條 工傷前提條件斷定：*與公司簽定用工協(xié)議，在公司從事自己崗位本員作業(yè)的﹑公司暫時組織其他崗位作業(yè)的，不包括上班時刻從事私事作業(yè)。

第六章 附則

The sixth chapter

第69條 本準則是勞動法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)章規(guī)則的具體化。

第70條 本準則與勞動合同有沖突的，以勞動合同為準。

第71條 本準則未盡事宜或法律規(guī)則更新時，經(jīng)過布告的方式彌補或更新。

第72條 本準則已由員工代表大會(或整體員工)評論，并與工會協(xié)商后斷定，并向整體員工公布。本企業(yè)向每位員工發(fā)放本手冊，員工簽收以此作為已向員工公示的證明。
